Airius® Wireless Vibration Sensor – Smart, Flexible Remote Condition Monitoring
The Airius wireless vibration sensor is designed for remote monitoring of standard production equipment such as pumps, fans, and other rotating machinery. It provides early warnings of vibration-related problems, including gear and bearing faults, helping prevent costly downtime and equipment damage.
Data is transmitted securely via Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for expensive cabling or gateways. With a compact, IP69-rated design, Airius is built for tough environments, including remote, inaccessible, or hazardous areas.
The battery-powered version uses a field-replaceable lithium-thionyl battery, lasting up to 4 years (Wi-Fi: 4 measurements/day; LTE-M: 2 measurements/day). For continuous use, an externally powered version is also available.
