An Intellinova Parallel EN unit with optional Wi-Fi capability and EX zone II certification is used for simultaneous data acquisition and network communication/data transfer to the powerful Condmaster analysis and diagnostic software. DuoTech Ex accelerometers are installed on the main and support bearings on either side, and on the drive and non-drive ends of all motors. Continuous event capturing monitors vibration levels and alerts if drilling speed needs adjusting. Vibration data can be sent to real-time machine learning dashboards using OPC UA/DA and Rest API interface functionality.

HD Order Tracking and triggered measurement ensure that bearing condition, gear dynamic behavior and gear teeth wear are accurately monitored. The Intellinova system also handles variable operating conditions such as rotational speed, rotational direction, and hook load.
